 ABSTRACT

The digital teaching file is growing in importance in institutions where the trend is away from film. The RSNA’s Medical Imaging Resource Center (MIRC) project has developed software to make it easy to install and run a teaching file system that integrates with PACS and modalities, and provides authoring tools for the creation of teaching file content,. This hands-on course requires attendees to bring their laptop computers. RSNA staff will supply CD-ROMs containing all the necessary software and guide attendees in the installation process. Attendees will leave with a complete teaching file system operational on their computers.
